Membership Monthly Recurring Payment Agreement:

By signing this form, you authorize M J Travel Agency LLC to charge your credit card for the one-time registration fee of $100 and monthly payment of $45 on a recurring basis.

Terms and Conditions:

1. Authorization: You authorize M J Travel Agency LLC to store your credit card information and charge the card provided on a recurring basis for the monthly payment of $45.
2. Billing Cycle: The recurring payment will be processed on the same day of each month. That day will be the same date when you signed up. Ex: You signed up on March 5^th.  Recurring with be the 5^th of each month.
3. Cancellation: You may cancel the recurring payment authorization at any time by providing written notice to us at least 10 days before the next scheduled payment.
4. Card Information: It is your responsibility to ensure that the card information provided is accurate and up to date. If your card information changes, you must notify us immediately.
5. Declined Payments: If payment is declined, we will notify you via email. You must provide updated payment information within 5 business days to avoid interruption of services.
6. Privacy: Your card information will be stored securely and will not be shared with any third parties except for processing payments.
